Shipping costs and delivery time

How soon will I receive my order?

Short answer: generally between 1 and 10 working days.

Shipping takes place on Tuesday and Thursday.

EquiPlay is not a large company like Amazon with many employees working around the clock. I do everything myself, with my own hands: making the products, processing orders, packing and sending. I put a lot of love, time and energy into my products, but there is of course a limit to that. In addition to the EquiPlay webshop, I also organize EquiDay (the horse friendly event) and my 2 sweet children also regularly ask for my attention.

Some products are always in stock, they can be shipped quickly. However, I make most of the products after the order has been placed. On a quiet day I can process all orders in 1 day, but if it is a bit busier, or if I have many other activities, I unfortunately cannot. Again: almost everything is made by hand by me. There is no large retail chain with high profit margins. That is precisely why I can offer these high quality rope articles for a favorable price.

What is the order process?

After receiving your payment, the status of your order changes to 'complete'.
After sending I change the status to 'shipped' and you will receive a tracking code from GLS or DPD in the mail.

Shipping times vary between 1 and 10 days, depending on the country of destination.

Special orders, such as customization or large numbers, take a little longer to process as well. If you need to know exactly when you will receive your items before you place your order, please contact me on the number on top of my website.




What does the shipping cost?

You can see the exact shipping costs in your shopping cart when you click on 'calculate shipping costs'.

I ship almost exclusively with GLS and DPD, because they are more reliable than PostNL and also ship smaller packages cheaper with tracking code.

Within the Netherlands:

  • Small items (letterbox format) cost a maximum of € 4.50 (including VAT). Most letterbox packages have a tracking code. Only very light items (loose clips or a string) go with cheaper, ordinary letterbox mail without a tracking code.
  • Packages are shipped with GLS or DPD and always with tracking code. This costs about € 7 (depending on weight, the website calculates the actual costs).

To Belgium (and other European countries!):

  • Does it fit through the letterbox? Then shipping (including tracking code) costs only € 5.50.
  • Larger packages can be shipped for € 10.82 with DPD or GLS and come with a tracking code.
